Presentations made under “Public Comment” are normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length per meeting unless the Chair specifically authorizes additional time.

Open Meetings: Except as expressly authorized under the Brown Act, all meetings of Creative Sonoma are open to attendance by interested members of the public. Public Comment: Creative Sonoma invites comment from the public on issues under consideration and other topics worthy of consideration. Written comments are preferred in all cases, especially when suggesting new matters. Comments should be provided to the Creative Sonoma office at least 10 days before the meeting to be distributed to Fire Memorial Task Force Members with agenda materials. Oral comments on a Fire Memorial Task Force agenda topic will be allowed during a 10-minute period at the beginning of the meeting.
